For 14 days after registration, the team admin can use Workestral completely free and without restrictions — alone, including new tasks and automatic monitor runs. No credit card, no payment details required.
€6.99 per seat per month. Every invited user occupies exactly one seat. The quantity can be increased or decreased at any time — changes are prorated automatically for the current month. Cancel monthly, no minimum term.
For temporary extra demand — e.g. a project team for three weeks, or parental-leave cover for two months. One-time payment for the chosen period, bookable any number of times and overlapping with the base subscription.

A team admin registers and tries out Workestral alone for two weeks, without inviting any colleagues. Cost: €0. A booked seat is only needed once a second user is invited.
A team of 5 users (including the admin) books 5 base seats on the subscription: 5 × €6.99 = €34.95 per month, automatically the same every month after that, until the quantity is changed or the subscription is cancelled.
On the 16th of a 30-day month, 3 users suddenly become 8 — the admin increases the quantity on the subscription right away. Only the remaining 15 days of the month are prorated for the 5 new seats (5 × €6.99 × 15/30 ≈ €17.48 extra this month); from the next month onward the full price applies for all 8 seats (€55.92/month). Stripe handles the proration automatically.
For a three-week project, 2 external contributors are added temporarily on top of the existing base subscription: 2 additional seats for the desired period cost a one-time 2 × €6.99 = €13.98 (a started month is billed as a full month) — independent of the running base subscription and without changing its quantity.
No hidden costs: no setup fee, no minimum term. The base subscription can be cancelled at any time without notice, and add-on seats automatically expire at the end of the booked period.
Grandfathering: if booked capacity drops below the number of active users — for example after a cancellation or when add-on seats expire — nobody is automatically removed. Only new invitations are paused until enough capacity is booked again.
Secure payment processing: all payment processing runs through Stripe. Workestral itself never stores payment details.
